The 2023 GABKY Annual Session is the 158th Annual Meeting hosted by the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky.  

The 158th Joint Annual Annual Session of the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky will be held at the Marriott Resort Lexington Griffin Gate, 1800 New Town Pike, Lexington, Kentucky 40511.

The Vendor booth cost will be $160 per 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs.

The full payment, along with the completed form is due on or before Monday, July 17, 2023. Vendor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to payments received.

Vendors may set up Monday, July 31, 2023, at 8:00 am, and vendors should be completely torn down by We d n e s d a y, August 2, 2023, at 11:00 pm.

**Neither the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky nor the Marriott Resort Griffin Gate shall be held responsible or liable for any theft and/or damage of merchandise/materials displayed in the vendor’s area. All vendor representatives are to leave the vendor area upon closing each evening and are responsible for securing their merchandise.
