Course Description

The 159th Annual Session of the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky will be held at The Bruce Conference Center  located at: 303 Conference Center Dr, Hopkinsville, KY 42240, USA

The vendor booth will cost $160.00 for one 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs.

The full payment and the completed form are due on or before Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Vendor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to payments received.

Vendors may set up Monday, July 29, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., and vendors should be completely torn down by Wednesday, July 31, 2024,  at 10:00pm.

**Neither the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky nor the Bruce Conference Center shall be held responsible or liable for any theft and/or damage to merchandise or materials displayed in the vendor’s area. ALL VENDOR REPRESENTATIVES ARE TO LEAVE THE VENDOR AREA UPON CLOSING EACH EVENING AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THEIR MERCHANDISE.
