We are excited to offer vendors the opportunity to share their services and products with the attendees. Vendor registration is $150.00 for a booth area in the vendor's area of the Convention Center

Course Description

The 157th Annual Session of the General Association of Baptistsin Kentucky will be held at Holiday Inn University Plaza  located at: 1021 Wilkinson Trace, Bowling Green, KY 42103

The Vendor booth cost willbe $150 for one 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs. Each additional table will be

$70 and must be used within the same allotted space.

The full payment along with completed formis due on or before Monday,July 11, 2022. Vendor tables will be assignedon a first come, firstserve basis according to payments received.

Vendors may set up Sunday, July 24, 2021 at 6:00pm and vendors should be completely torn down by Wednesday, July 27, 2022  at 10:00pm.

**Neither theGeneral Association of Baptistsin Kentucky nor the Holiday Inn University Plaza shall be held responsible or liable forany theft and/or damage of merchandise/materials displayed in the vendor’s area. All vendor representativesare to leave the vendor area upon closing each evening and are responsible for securing their merchandise.

Please note, ALL VENDOR SET UP, SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE ON IN THE CORRIDOR LEADING TO THE CONVENTION HALL.

    If you would like to add a second table, select this registration. Your registration entitles you to a second table. The second table MUST BE USED IN THE SAME allotted space as a single table vendor. This registration does not constitute a double-sized vendors' booth, but entitles you to a second table in the single sized booth space.
