The 2025 Pastors and Leaders Conference is the 81st Annual Meeting hosted by the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky.  Hosted at the luxurious Marriott Louisville East. The Pastors' and Leaders' Conference offers pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders an opportunity to connect, learn, fellowship, and be empowered during the conference.   

Vendors are encouraged to consider your potential clients (pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, deacons, preachers, teachers, and others who may be looking for resources to power their work of ministry.  

• The Vendor booth cost will be $160 per 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs.

• The full payment, along with the completed form, is due on or before Friday, February 7, 2025.

• Vendor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to payments received.
