The 2024  Pastor's Conference is the 80th Annual Meeting hosted by the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky.  Hosted at the luxurious Marriott Louisville East the Pastors' and Leaders' Conference offers pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders an opportunity to connect, learn, fellowship, and be empowered during the conference.   

Vendors are encouraged to consider your potential clients (pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, deacons, preachers, teachers, and others who may be looking for resources to power their work of ministry.  

Terms of Vendor Space Use:

• As a vendor booth cost is $160.00 at the 2024 80th Annual Pastor's and Leader's Conference you will receive one (1) 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two (2) chairs.

• The full payment along with the completed form online or in print is due on or before Monday, February 5, 2024. 

• Vendor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to payments received.
