Course Description
The 161st Annual Session of the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky will be held at Holiday Inn University Park: 1021 Wilkinson Trace, Bowling Green, KY 42103
The vendor booth will cost $160.00 for one 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs. The full payment and the completed form are due on or before Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Vendor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to payments received on Monday, July 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., and vendors should be completely torn down by Wednesday, July 29, 2025, at 10:00 pm.
**Neither the General Association of Baptists in Kentucky nor the Holiday Inn University Park shall be held responsible or liable for any theft and/or damage to merchandise or materials displayed in the vendor’s area. ALL VENDOR REPRESENTATIVES ARE TO LEAVE THE VENDOR AREA UPON CLOSING EACH EVENING AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THEIR MERCHANDISE.
