The 76th Annual Conference
The 156th Annual Session of the General Association of Baptistsin Kentucky willbe heldat the Galt House Hotel, 140 North 4thStreet, Louisville, Kentucky 40202.
The Vendor booth cost willbe $150 for one 8 ft clothed/skirted table with two chairs. Each additional table will be
$70 and must be used within the same allotted space.
The full payment along with completed formis due on or before Monday,July 12, 2021. Vendor tables will be assignedon a first come, firstserve basis according to payments received.
Vendors may set up Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 6:00pm and vendors should be completely torn down by Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 10:00pm.
**Neither theGeneral Association of Baptistsin Kentuckynor the Galt House Hotel shallbe held responsible or liable forany theft and/or damage of merchandise/materials displayed in the vendor’s area. All vendor representativesare to leave the vendor area upon closing each evening and are responsible for securing their merchandise.
Please note, ALL VENDOR SET UP, SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOTEL
